Do you accept surprise delivery?

Normal we will call before delivery to insure your gifts delivered successful. Of course we will try our best to keep surprise for every orders, but we don't guarantee.

Yes. customers can ask us surprise delivery, but please follow below terms:
First of all, please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete, so that our delivery stuff can find it.
Second, please select available delivery time and  make sure that recipient is at place when we arrive.
Third, please left surprise delivery requests when filling order at Request Form or send us email one business day before we delivery.

Please note: if no one at home when we arrive, we will leave gifts at the door(reception/entrance guard room) and this will be considered delivered and not refund.
