Q: Can the quality of the flowers be guaranteed?
A: We go to the flower market to buy fresh flowers every day. When the customer has chosen the flowers, our professional florist will pack the flowers while ensuring the quality of the flowers.
Q: Will the flowers be the same as in the pictures?
A: Our florist makes the bouquet according to the pictures and written requirements. The number and color of the center flower will be the same. But since different florist may use different method making the banquet, the overall effect of banquet might be a little different.
Q: Can the delivery time be specified?
A: Yes, it can be specified. You should chooses scheduled service when filling out of the order, which costs $5 Dollars. If the time is not very specific, you can just write “morning” or “afternoon” in the special requirements. We will do everything we can to satisfy your demands.
Q: Will the flowers be sent to the recipient?
A: Generally, we will send the flowers to the recipient. But there are other conditions which cannot be determined by us, for example the recipient is not around, the recipient is not convenient to sign, the entrance guard does not let the deliverer to enter, the recipient requires a different place to sign, and so on.
Q: What if the recipient is not around?
A: If the recipient cannot be found when the flower has been delivered, we will contact a specified person to sign for the flowers. If the recipient is not around and his or her cellphone is power off, which means there is no other person to sign for the flowers, we will bring back the flowers and contact the buyer to arrange another delivery. Meanwhile, delivery fee will be demanded.
Q: Will it be OK not to contact the recipient before the delivery?
A: Yes, it will be OK. But you have to make sure that the address you have provided is accurate and the recipient will be at the specified address that morning or afternoon. If the recipient is not at the specified address or cannot be reached, we will bring the flowers back. We only deliver once. Additional delivery will cost extra.
Q: What if the recipient rejects to receive the flowers?
A: Dear customer, flowers will wither. Please give a full consideration before your ordering and make sure that you would sign for the flowers. If the banquet has already been made, or the recipient rejects to sign for the flowers, which is of high quality, we do not take any responsibilities and the money will not be refunded.
Q: How could I know whether the flowers have been received?
A: On non-special holidays, we will email you immediately when the flowers have been received. You can contact the recipient to check after you have got the email. On special holidays, we will inform the buyers by different groups on that day.
